The Virginia Reign FC Boys Player Pathway is multifaceted depending on the players age.  For players U6-U12, they have the ability to play for our partner clubs Tidewater Sharks and Virginia Legacy in their developmental or travel programs.  Both clubs maintain teams at all levels and participate in the best leagues and events based on the specific age/team needs.  At U13 players become eligible to tryout for Virginia Reign FC.  If not selected they also can still choose to play for our partner clubs Virginia Legacy and Tidewater Sharks at their Elite or Premier level - again receiving the appropriate tournaments and league play based on their level.  Boys players at U13-U19 in the Williamsburg, Peninsula and Hampton Roads Region now have a new opportunity to improve their level of play.
