The Virginia Reign FC is proud to announce the hiring of Lauren Marcum as the next Girls Program Travel Director for U13-19 Teams.

Lauren has an extensive playing and coaching background in Youth, College and working with club teams as a coach and director in the ECNL/ECNL Regional League. She Recently completed her US Soccer “B” License, US Soccer Director of Coaching License and is certified by Virginia Youth Soccer to conduct and teach coaching courses. 

“We are very excited to bring in Lauren.  Her experience as a player and coach is fantastic to help grow our girls’ program at Reign.  After talking to her – she will bring what we are looking for in a girl’s director and she has a strong desire to keep building upon and setting new standards for Reign FC in the years to come. Lauren will officially start Full Time June 1^st, 2024 – but will be down working with teams and coaches and planning for Summer/Fall 2024 during times in March, April and May and will be here throughout the entire Tryout Process.
